When I ordered this product, I thought the serum needed was included with the orbs. It is not. I used a serum from another company that I had already. The orbs dissolved easily, and the mixture was easy to apply to my face. I did not have Snow Fox sheets to apply at that point, so I just left the product on my skin. Although this was not a complete kit to use, what I was able to use made my skin feel absolutely wonderful! I love that part of the experience. This is a new way of applying a product to my skin and it was interesting. I've never used dissolving orbs before.I do think the company needs to make it a little clearer that not everything is included in this kit.
