First off, I love the square jar these pads come in. Look and feel nice compared to all of those typically round jars. Also comes with a set of tongs for you to cleanly pick up one pad at a time. There's also a nice nesting area inside the jar to conveniently store the tongs.Now down to the nitty gritty. These pads are quite good at clearing away the grit from your face. Not a replacement for cleansing, of course; but you can use them for a midday wipe down when you feel you need to safely clean away excess oils, perspiration or other debris. Safe and gentle, they will not strip away essential oils needed to prevent your skin from drying out. Just the excess sebum that needs removing. Can also be used as your toner, if you like, while applying your full skincare regimen.Each pad can be torn in half as there is a perforation down the middle. I've never seen that before. Use either as a whole or a half. You can patch these on your skin for a time exposure treatment, like a mask. Or if you prefer, just wipe and discard. Whatever you need doing at the time. Both are effective.These are probably best for those with oily to normal skin. Also especially good for those with problematic skin. Probably safe and helpful for most with sensitive skin. Work great on my mature combination skin, especially for a midday wipe down, or when I'm going through one of my more oily or sensitive stages. Great for both men and women alike and is good for all adult age groups.
