How To Use:
Take (1) with the thick tip and blend it slightly wider than the eye hole.
Apply (2) to the back of the thick tip and blend it into the eyehole.
Take (3) with a thin tip and apply it from the eyelash line so that it is blurred.

After completing steps (1) to (3), layer it on top.
